Welcome to Instant Paris Tickets (https://instantparistickets.com/). To ensure a secure and reliable booking experience, all financial transactions on our platform are processed through Stripe, a global leader in online payment security.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options via Stripe’s secure checkout:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Maestro.

  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  • Local Payment Methods: Depending on your location, additional options like Revolut Pay or iDEAL may be available at checkout.

2. Industry-Leading Security

Your security is our priority. By using Stripe, we ensure that:

  • Encryption: All data transmitted during checkout is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

  • PCI Compliance: Stripe is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the highest level of security certification available in the payments industry.

  • Data Privacy: Instant Paris Tickets does not store, see, or have access to your full credit card details. All sensitive information is handled exclusively by Stripe.

3. Transaction & Delivery

  • Immediate Processing: Since we provide instant tickets, your payment will be authorized and charged at the moment of purchase.

  • Booking Confirmation: Once the transaction is successful, you will receive a confirmation email from info@instantparistickets.com containing your digital tickets or vouchers.

  • Failed Payments: If your payment is declined, please check your card details or contact your bank. Your booking is only confirmed once Stripe successfully processes the charge.

4. Currencies

Prices are generally displayed and charged in EUR (€). If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank will apply its own exchange rate. Instant Paris Tickets is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your financial institution.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, where applicable according to our Cancellation Policy, are always issued back to the original payment method.

  • Please note that it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement after we have processed it.
