Conciergerie Entry Ticket

Please proceed directly to the main entrance of the Conciergerie, located on Boulevard du Palais. Have your ticket ready for scanning at the entrance. If your ticket includes a timed entry, be sure to arrive 10–15 minutes in advance to pass through security screening.

Access type: This ticket includes access to the interior of the Conciergerie, including the former prison areas, historic halls, and exhibition spaces. Arrival time: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your reserved entry time to allow for ticket validation and security screening. Security check: All visitors must pass through security. Large luggage, sharp objects, glass bottles, and bulky backpacks are not permitted. Duration: A typical visit takes around 1–1.5 hours, depending on your pace and interest in the exhibitions. Peak times: Expect higher visitor numbers in late mornings, weekends, and during holiday periods. Re-entry: Once you exit the monument, re-entry is not permitted with the same ticket. Accessibility: Parts of the site may include uneven flooring due to the building’s medieval structure; accessibility may be limited in some areas.
