Go directly to the official entrance of the Catacombs (green gate). Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your reserved time slot. Note: The exit is located about 700 meters away at 36 Rue Rémy Dumoncel.

⚠️ Important: The Catacombs are not recommended for children under 10 years old or people sensitive to confined spaces. 🕒 Duration: Average visit time ~45 minutes to 1 hour. 🪜 Access: 131 steps down, 112 steps up (no elevator). Comfortable shoes recommended. 🎧 Audio guide: Available in English, French, Spanish, and German (included with most tickets). 🌡️ Temperature: Constant ~14°C (57°F) year-round — bring a light jacket. 🎒 Bags: Only small bags allowed; no large backpacks, suitcases, or tripods. 🚫 Photography: Allowed without flash or tripods. ♿ Accessibility: Unfortunately, the Catacombs are not wheelchair accessible due to narrow passages and stairs. 🚻 Facilities: Restrooms available only at the exit. 📵 Mobile signal: Limited or no signal underground. 🧾 Voucher: Show your mobile or printed ticket at the entrance. 🔁 Re-entry: Once you exit, re-entry is not permitted. 📸 Tip: For the best experience, book an early morning or late afternoon slot — fewer visitors, more atmosphere.
