Eiffel Tower 2nd Floor Ticket

At the base of the Eiffel Tower, near the South Pillar (Pilier Sud) entrance. Look for the stairs access sign and follow the “Entrance with Tickets” lane.

Number of steps: Approximately 674 steps to reach the 2nd floor. Fitness level: A basic level of physical fitness is recommended, as the climb can be moderately strenuous. Arrival time: Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled entry time. Security check: All visitors are required to pass through a mandatory security screening. Large luggage, folding scooters, glass bottles, and sharp objects are not allowed. Duration: The average climb to the 2nd floor takes around 20–30 minutes, depending on your pace and crowd levels. Access beyond 2nd floor: If you wish to reach the Summit (Top floor), a separate Summit access ticket is required. Summit upgrades are not possible on site. Re-entry: Once you exit the Eiffel Tower, re-entry is not permitted with the same ticket.
